Lead Data Scientist - Gen AI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run comprehensive initiatives (business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment)
  • Analyze and interpret findings
  • Draw conclusions and recommendations including expected benefits and ROI for enhancing business processes
  • Support pre-sales activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts
  • Experience with machine learning (ML), particularly Generative AI (LLM/LMM) focusing on natural language processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
  • Business requirements gathering, technical planning, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment expertise
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases
  • Knowledge of DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini)
