Job Overview

 

We are seeking a skilled security professional to support our database security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Imperva Database Security, strong background in Linux system administration and server troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Imperva Database Security solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and deploy tailored solutions.
  • Perform system changes and updates to support U.S.-based teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity and server performance.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Python, or similar languages.
  • Update runbooks, documentation, and tooling to improve incident response and operational readiness.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of alerting systems and operational workflows.

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Imperva Database Security.
  • Strong background in Linux, system administration, OS/Server Administration, and Firewall troubleshooting.
  • Scripting experience (Shell, Python, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night shift hours.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
