Operations Associate Role

We have a vast collection of immersive audio stories spanning multiple genres and languages, with 130 million+ listeners tuning in daily.

Job Overview:

We seek an Operations Associate to support content and data management processes, working closely with producers and ensuring accurate file uploads.

The role involves handling raw data dumps, cleaning, organizing, and presenting them using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

  • Handling data dumps from site searches, clean, organize, and present using Excel.
  • Working with audio producers to receive and manage audio files.
  • Using AI tools/software to assist with audio mastering and ensure correct file versions are maintained.
  • Uploading and managing finalized master files in the Content Management System.
  • Maintaining file hygiene, metadata accuracy, and proper asset tagging.
  • Learning and adapting to internal tools for data and asset management.
  • Cross-functional team coordination to resolve discrepancies or missing assets.
  • Maintaining process documentation and ensuring compliance with operational workflows.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data cleaning, formatting, reporting).
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn internal tools and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data/file hygiene.
  • Experience in uploading and handling digital assets (CMS knowledge preferred).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in operations, content management, or data handling is a plus.
