Visual Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create engaging visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and short-form videos.

The ideal candidate will possess 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a creative agency or digital-first brand setup, demonstrating strong design fundamentals, digital know-how, and creative range.

A portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects/Premiere Pro, is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design static and motion graphics for digital platforms (social media, banners, reels, YouTube, etc.)
  • Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and brand teams to bring integrated campaigns to life
  • Ensure brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity are consistently maintained
  • Contribute to ideation sessions with visual storytelling insights and creative solutions
  • Stay up to date with digital aesthetics, platform-specific formats, and design trends
  • Be agile with feedback, while maintaining design quality and originality

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a creative agency or digital-first brand setup
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, digital know-how, and creative range
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro is a bonus)
  • Ability to work on multiple briefs simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of social media design formats (especially Instagram, YouTube, )
  • Basic motion design skills or an interest in learning is a big plus
  • Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages (from a design/typography standpoint) is a bonus
