Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technical professional with a strong background in cloud infrastructure management, Office 365 services, and software development. This role requires an individual who can provide exceptional technical support, troubleshoot and debug issues, and ensure smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure and Office 365 services, addressing user queries and system issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Use automation tools to streamline tasks across cloud environments and Office 365 services.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, Office 365, and associated technologies.
  • Assist with database management, queries, and troubleshooting of database-related issues.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to system performance and configurations.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation of systems.
  • Document solutions, workarounds, and technical processes for both internal and customer use.
  • Provide feedback on system improvements, new tools, and potential service upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite and its services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with scripting languages for automation, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience managing and troubleshooting SQL queries, database operations, and optimization.
  • Understanding and familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues in cloud environments and enterprise-level systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
