Job Title: Content Innovator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive social media assets independently, taking ownership of content creation, curation, and scheduling across platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality content by editing and refining content as needed.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to develop content that effectively communicates political messages and campaign initiatives.
  • Foster active engagement with audiences, understanding their sentiments, and tailoring content to resonate with their perspectives.
  • Utilize multimedia elements such as graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance the visual appeal and impact of content.
  • Stay updated on political trends, news, and cultural nuances, incorporating these insights into the content strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content, using data to optimize strategies and enhance audience reach and engagement.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in content creation, copywriting, and strategic communication.
  • Language proficiency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and trends.
  • Political awareness and understanding of regional dynamics, ideologies, and current affairs.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas for content.

Education Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Specialization or coursework in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Political Communication would be advantageous.
