Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Medical Director to lead our clinical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to take on a senior leadership role and drive quality improvement initiatives.

About the Role

The Medical Director will be responsible for providing strategic direction to our clinical departments, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership and Governance: Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Clinical Operations: Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes, patient safety, and staff engagement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for quality and safety.
  • Talent Management: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, and recruit and retain top talent in the field.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: MBBS + MHA or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior medical leadership role, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Skills: Proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
