As we expand our customer deployments, we're seeking an experienced cloud engineer to deliver insights from large-scale data in real time. Specifically, we're looking for a professional who can work with product teams and DevOps to design a robust cloud infrastructure, efficient monitoring, and high availability focused mitigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS for software products with high availability, scalability, resilience, reliability, and performance.
  • Automate infrastructure deployment via Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with container management technology (Docker, Kubernetes, Yarn, ECS, EKS).
  • Monitor infrastructure and visualization software like Prometheus, Grafana etc.
  • Participate in a shared on-call rotation to respond to production incidents and resolve them with minimal downtime.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • 8-12 years of software industry experience with at least 4 years of experience in SRE role.
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership skills with pro-active mindset.
