Production Assistant - Refractory Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team in the refractory industry. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Job Description:

The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality Monolithic PCPF Refractory Shapes. This involves studying drawings, understanding shapes, and maintaining knowledge of the SAP PP module.

  • Assist in the production process to ensure quality and efficiency by following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Study drawings and understand shapes to improve production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operate computer software, including MS Office, to maintain records and reports, as well as collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate and efficient execution of production tasks.
  2. Monitor and report any deviations from standard procedures or quality issues.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve production-related problems and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Essential: A Science Graduate/Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Preferred: Previous work experience in refractory/Core manufacturing industries.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
