Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care professional to manage large volumes of emails and calls, generate sales leads, and build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Manage customer interactions and keep records of transactions
- Generate sales leads and coordinate between the organisation and customers
- Build trust with customer accounts through clear and concise communication
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
In addition to these core skills, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management are essential. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is also required.
This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual who can deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality relationships with clients.
