About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading clients through their digital transformation using the Mendix Low-code Platform. This involves implementing solutions to business and technology challenges and recommending creative approaches to solving clients' business problems.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate, track, and articulate the value realization of Customer business benefits in the context of the Mendix Low-code Platform.

You will motivate clients with the values and principles of Scrum/Agile-led implementations with Mendix, ensuring successful customer adoption across multiple phases.

To excel in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, as well as proficient technical/business communication skills. You should also have broad-based understanding of cloud platform services, cloud-native architectures, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Broad-based understanding of cloud platform services, cloud-native architectures, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong writing, mentoring, decision-making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills. Ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
  • Demonstrated track record of anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders with the ability to work with senior level executives across multiple business lines and regions
  • Ability to operate in an heavily matrixed organizational environment
  • Strong knowledge in using the Mendix platform, this includes page building, logic building in Microflows and Nanoflows, altering the design of Mendix applications with Atlas UI, Pluggable Widget development using React JS.
  • Experience in Integrations using OData Framework, JSON / REST / SOAP Web Services and preferably the Mendix Data Hub
  • Hands-on experience in platform, cloud, and runtime architecture
  • 3+ years of relevant Solution Architecture experience with a good understanding of the aPaaS/PaaS and cloud market space
  • 5+ years of App development using Mendix low code platform
  • 10+ years of IT industry experience, in systems analysis, design and development and in functional and technical areas of Business Process Automation, Operational efficiency, Customer engagement & Migration of legacy apps.
  • E2E implementation experience of Mendix solution for Web, Native Mobile & Hybrid applications in public cloud, private cloud and on-premise infrastructure
  • Design experience in integrating Mendix platform with external Enterprise systems such as Teamcenter, SAP, CRM & cloud services.
