As a key contributor to our digital experience, you will play a pivotal role in delivering intuitive, user-centric solutions across our investment platforms. Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless digital interactions.

  • Drive User-Centric Solutions: From research and ideation to prototyping and design execution, drive innovative solutions that meet our users' needs.
  • Design Engaging Experiences: Create user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma that elevate the user experience.
  • Conduct Usability Research: Analyze usability testing results and apply insights to refine design solutions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain Consistent UX Patterns: Ensure consistent user experiences across products.
  • Present Design Concepts: Communicate your ideas effectively and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Utilize Data and AI Tools: Accelerate workflows and improve design outcomes by utilizing data and AI-powered research tools.

Key Challenges You Will Solve:

  • Improve User Adoption: Drive user adoption and satisfaction by designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Create Scalable UX Systems: Tailor UX solutions to user behavior and preferences.
  • Inform Design Decisions: Conduct research across diverse micro-personas to inform design decisions.
  • Enhance Interactivity: Enhance interactivity and engagement by creating compelling motion designs.
  • Boost Design Efficiency: Boost design efficiency by implementing AI-powered tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficient in Figma, along with other prototyping platforms like Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
