Job Opportunity: UI/UX Design Lead

As a seasoned design professional, you will play a key role in shaping product experiences for healthcare professionals and patients.

This leadership position requires strong design vision, building scalable design systems, and delivering intuitive, user-centered digital healthcare experiences.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while mentoring a team of designers to create impactful healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role. A strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes is essential.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for healthcare applications
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs
  • Create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and scalability
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions

Key responsibilities include ensuring all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes is essential. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools is required.
