**Job Overview**

At Aditya Birla Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BOM Kota Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the disbursement process, ensuring timely preparation and issuance of required documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily execution of documentation in full compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and issue standard legal and security documents to the Business team within stipulated timelines.
  • Verify and execute complex documentation in full compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Support in smooth resolution of complex documentation issues.
  • Supervise the loan booking and servicing activities for respective zones and ensure completion within stipulated TAT.
  • Handle service level escalations and complaints for HNI customers and authorize high-value transactions/complex/structured transactions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate documentation or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
