About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team and help us create high-quality web experiences that drive results.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Marketing team to design and develop responsive websites that meet our business objectives.

  • Design and develop web pages and landing page concepts in collaboration with our designers and marketing team.
  • Maintain site performance through regular audits and provide actionable insights to improve user experience.
  • Measure and analyze conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in web development and apply this knowledge to enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.
  • Analyze and optimize website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Develop innovative interactive concepts in Webflow that engage our audience.
  • Contribute to the development of our content strategy and ensure consistency across all web properties.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with design tools like Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and optimization, backlinking, and content creation.
  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media tracking pixels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
