Job Title: Lead PHP Developer

We are seeking a senior web developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and guide a team of developers, providing technical expertise and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications using PHP and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for MySQL and MSSQL databases.
  • Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and databases.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PHP development, databases, and team management.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2-3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Expertise in MySQL and MSSQL, including database design and query optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter PHP frameworks.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Excellent understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
