Role Summary:

The Senior Performance Tester will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive performance testing strategies for engineering teams.

Main Responsibilities include designing, scripting, and executing load, stress, and scalability testing to deliver high-quality results.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintaining expertise in performance/load testing methodologies is essential.
  • Designing and developing solutions for supporting Cloud (Azure DevOps) and CI/CD for SeV utilization is crucial.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Effective communication across multiple teams and external vendors is vital.
  • Monitoring server metrics using APM tools is necessary.
Operational Management:
  • Conducting endurance, stress, load, volume testing to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure is key.
  • Coordinating and executing creation of Test Cases, scripts, and performance test execution is important.
People Leadership:
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members is essential.
Governance & Risk:
  • Tracking and communicating task progress, status, and key performance metrics is necessary.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance testing is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner using protocols Citrix, RDP, Java, and performance testing Mobile Technologies and database is required.
  • Significant experience working with JMeter and APM tools including New Relic and Grafana is required.
