Senior Creative Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Creative Strategist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out creative duties on multiple brands across various industries, from campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting.

  • Develop innovative, interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Work with the New Business team on all creative ideation and showcase for any pitch.
  • Present entire creative plans for campaigns or narration of scripts to clients.
  • Ensure high-quality creative work that meets award-winning standards.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to graphic design teams on ideas and concepts.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to ensure smooth processes.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines.
  • Actively present throughout the production process.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. They should be able to develop and propose value-added strategies. Additionally, they should have knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage junior creative resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create appealing content.
