Job Title

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planograms that meet the approved parameters.

You will work closely with Category Management and Space teams to ensure that all planograms are visually appealing and meet the required standards.

  • Deliver versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and defined flow.
  • Conduct quality control to ensure that all planograms meet assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities, and shelving metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement processes to enhance quality and timeliness of output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the single point of contact for category/region by mastering process and category knowledge.
  • Partner with Category Manager/KAMs to build business context and create effortless partnerships.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks regarding planogram creation, quality control, and project management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Business & Marketing, Engineering/Solution, or equivalent degree or experience.
  • 3-6 years of experience in space planning with a background in floor planning, retail, or FMCG.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
