Job Description:

As a seasoned delivery leader, you will oversee the successful execution of high-quality solutions to clients. You will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery team, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 200-250 engineers, building and grooming next-level delivery leaders.
  • Oversee a high-growth portfolio with significant revenue contributions from winning new deals.
  • Track and control operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, margin with attention to details.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced delivery leader with around 15 years of progressive experience in software development and Salesforce management programs. The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry.
  • Ability to lead and manage highly skilled teams, including team leaders and product developers.
  • Ability to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program or area of engagement.
  • Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with a mix of T&M and fixed-price contracts.
