Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Integration Delivery Lead to spearhead our WealthTech platform's integration with external systems and services. This critical leadership role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration readiness, security, and performance.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to drive successful API and middleware integrations, defining project scope, milestones, and success metrics. They will coordinate service requirements between developers and business stakeholders, managing integration workstreams including real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and SFTP. The role involves validating data contracts, mapping, and transformation rules while ensuring compliance with API security, data privacy, and operational risk standards. Key deliverables include documenting integration touchpoints, workflows, and SLAs.

Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in project/program management of API & middleware integrations.
  • Mandatory experience in the wealth management / WealthTech domain.
  • Strong understanding of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP).
  • Familiarity with API management tools (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway).
  • Exposure to Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Knowledge of financial data formats (FIX, OFX, JSON, XML).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery skills.
