Our ideal candidate will lead a team of quality assurance engineers, ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services. With a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, they will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, as well as mentoring junior engineers to improve testing methodologies and best practices.

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on financial domain and capital markets. They must have proven expertise in manual testing, including test management and defect management processes, and a strong understanding of industry-wide quality and test processes and practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, incorporating market trends and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity through streamlined testing processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on advanced testing methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Lead critical projects, delivering results-oriented solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Requirements:

  • Experience with database testing, HP ALM, and JIRA.

  • Expertise in agile methodologies and testing in an Agile delivery model.
  • Proficiency in SQL and complex query writing for database testing.
  • Experience with Front Office Trading, Listed, Derivatives, Fixed Income products, and Desktop (MS Windows) and Web applications.
