Senior Insurance Quality Assurance Lead

This role involves leading quality audits and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular quality assessments according to established frameworks and guidelines.
- Analyze data accuracy and completeness in relation to business and regulatory standards.
- Determine error trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as commerce, business administration, or a related area.
- 5–8 years of experience in insurance operations with a focus on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
- Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience preferably in a shared service environment.
- Background in shared services or BPO environments with experience as a Quality Auditor of global insurance back-office processes.
- Experience working as QA in BPO vendor teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of compliance, control, and documentation standards in underwriting processes. They should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with matrixed teams and able to manage multiple audits with tight deadlines.
