Lead Data Analytics Strategist:

Lenskart is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead its data analytics team and drive business decision-making through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop self-serve data products such as dashboards and tables to enhance business insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct rigorous exploratory data analysis to inform senior-level stakeholders and enable decision making.
  • Design, run, and measure experiments to test business hypotheses and optimize results.
  • Manage a team of 2-5 data analysts, providing coaching, support, and setting them up for success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or Mathematics from top-tier colleges.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of database designs and ETL principles.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
  • Capability to understand business problems in the context of an Omni Channel Retail and use data to solve them.
  • Stakeholder management skills and ability to manage expectations and negotiate.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques like Regression and Classification.
