Job Title: GenAI Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineering Expert to join our team and help us integrate GenAI into our engineering & DevOps ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt Design: Design and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • RAG Pipeline Development: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
  • LLM Integration: Integrate LLMs into internal tools, CI/CD, and observability dashboards.
  • GenAI Solutions Implementation: Implement GenAI solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, and Hugging Face.
  • LLM Fine-tuning: Fine-tune open-source and commercial LLMs for domain use cases.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to drive automation with GenAI.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data privacy, governance, and ethical AI practices.

Requirements:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in engineering with 2+ years hands-on in GenAI/LLMs/NLP.
  • Strong Python skills with experience in LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.
  • Deep knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying RAG architectures.
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with multi-modal models and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Familiarity with developer-facing GenAI use cases: infra-as-code review, changelog generation, log triage.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, GitOps, and DevSecOps.
