Strategic Partner to the Founder

The Founder’s Office is a key role within our organization, acting as the strategic partner to the Founder. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward execution.

As part of the Founder’s Office, you will manage cross-functional priorities, ensure smooth operations across multiple verticals, and play a leading role in conceptualizing and executing global events.

This role offers unmatched exposure and responsibility, working directly with the leadership team on high-impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field, with 2–5 years of experience in strategy, startup roles, or similar fields.

  • Manage and coordinate across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums hosted by our organization.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
