Scientist Job Description
  • Expert analytical work involves thorough knowledge of HPLC based analysis of recombinant proteins, including RP-HPLC, SE-HPLC, and glycan analysis.
  • Develop and implement methods for protein analysis, qualification, and transfer in accordance with ICH/USP/EP/IP guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Cell culture and downstream teams in Biotech R&D to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Establish product-related test/release specifications and analytical protocols for Biotech products.
  • Design in-house and outsourced methods for physico-chemical characterization of biological products.
  • Coordinate with QC team to implement new methods smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate equipment logs and documentation in the lab.
  • Monitor the stability of various products in Biotech.
  • Prepare detailed lab-related documents, regulatory submission documents, and QC support (SOP, STP, COA, MOA, Specification).
  • Interpret data accurately and prepare reports in support of regulatory submissions.

Key qualifications for this role include a strong understanding of HPLC-based analysis techniques, excellent laboratory skills, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
