Job Title: Visa Consultant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cover the full scope of visa stamping processes, encompassing Business, Work, and Visitor visa categories.
  • Evaluate and resolve client requirements by adopting a systematic approach rather than relying on manual workflows.
  • Maintain accurate visa checklists for diverse categories to ensure seamless compliance with Consulate/Embassy regulations.
  • Analyze visa applications and supporting documents to guarantee adherence to Consulate/Embassy standards.
  • Provide guidance to employees/client SPOCs on mandatory submission requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates, document collection, and application/passport submissions at VFS/consulates.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with VFS Global and Embassy/Consulate officials.
  • Deliver services according to agreed terms and service level agreements.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge base on immigration regulations and visa procedures.
  • Promote process improvements for enhanced efficiency and share insights through case studies or real-time knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare customized cover/support letters tailored to client needs for visa applications.
  • Stay updated on new country-specific immigration processes based on business demands.
  • Oversee the entire immigration process from start to finish.
  • Maintain detailed MIS reports and generate regular analysis with trend insights.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling visa processes, preferably UK immigration.
  • Previous experience in corporate offices or as backend support staff is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward learning.
  • Strong understanding of corporate immigration trends and client servicing standards.
  • Mandatory knowledge of UK, Ireland, and Schengen visa processes.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of generating comprehensive reports.
  • Open to new challenges and continuous learning.

  • A strong team player who can work independently under pressure and across various domains.
