Platform Engineering Director

Lead Engineering Expertise

This is a leadership role in platform engineering, overseeing efforts within the Service Management department, focusing on ServiceNow implementations and global service delivery.

The successful candidate will lead a team of experienced professionals, managing complex projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities include managing service requests from stakeholders, prioritizing resources effectively, leading coordination between cross-functional teams, and developing governance frameworks to support operations.

As a seasoned leader, you will ensure compliance with internal and external standards, collaborate with global teams to integrate systems and practices, and innovate system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with technology and engineering components, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
