Job Title: Condition Monitoring Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineer-level support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment using various techniques such as vibration, oil analysis, thermography, and video inspection.
  • Utilize online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyze and provide recommendations on maintenance needs to avoid major breakdowns.
  • Support reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze condition-based data to identify developing faults and defects.
  • Keep rotating equipment in a healthy condition in compliance with associated standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Accredited vibration analysis training (Cat I).
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring data systems (CSI Emerson, SKF, GE System 1 Smart Signal) and various oil analysis techniques.
  • Formal training in condition monitoring techniques from vendors, consultants, or reputed technical training institutes.
  • Certification in condition monitoring techniques.
  • At least 23 years of experience in condition monitoring in a power, refinery, petrochemical industry.
