Job Role: Data Scientist

The role of a Data Scientist is to analyze large datasets, identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. This involves developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. You will design and implement data processing pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess data for analysis.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries, experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or similar. They will also have excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Design and implement data processing pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess data for analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
