">We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our platforms and products.
">Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bugs, evaluate user journeys, and ensure the best experience for our end-users.
- Designing, reviewing, and contributing to test plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Guiding standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
- Planning test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
- Reporting, follow-up, bug tracking, and risk management.
- Ensuring all reporting is succinct yet includes necessary details for replication and timely resolution.
- Improving existing products to make them more reliable.
- Aware of the latest testing techniques, strategies, testing tools/test frameworks.
- Preventing unnoticed bugs from reaching production.
- Providing customer-centric support and actively helping resolve customer-related issues.
For this role, we're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications, and API testing through postman.
- Good experience working in Agile teams.
- Familiarity with NoSQL DBs like MongoDB.
- Innovative, creative, proactive, self-motivated, high-energy traits with excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workloads.
