Job Description:

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in leading the development of creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries.

  • Campaign Planning: You will oversee the planning and ideation process for campaigns to ensure they meet client goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: You will manage a team of junior creatives, providing direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and other creative tasks.
  • Client Communication: You will present creative plans and narrate scripts to clients on behalf of the agency.
  • Award-Winning Work: You will ensure all creative work meets award-winning standards and explore opportunities to enter awards to bring recognition to the team.
  • Collaboration: You will coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing visual direction to the graphic design team on any idea or concept that comes from your team.
  2. Breaking down briefs to junior creatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  3. Working on revisions based on internal or external feedback and setting realistic timelines that allow enough time for ideation and finesse.
  4. Being actively present throughout each part of the production process from idea to final product upload.
  5. Staying up-to-date with developments in your field, as well as news and online trends.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
