As a Passive Probing Solution Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in passive probing and protocol analysis will enable us to provide innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement passive probing solutions for monitoring control and user plane traffic
  • Perform platform capacity planning, reporting, and recommendation planning
  • Lifecycle management of platform HW and SW, including impact assessment and phase-out planning
  • Participate in RFQ questionnaires, assessments, and responses
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of work experience in passive probing domain
  • Strong knowledge of protocols such as SIP, Diameter, GTP, RTP, and various interfaces of mobile data and voice core
  • Product knowledge of Netscout nGenius One, Infinistream, Geo Probe, Oracle OCOM Palladion, Voipfuture QMS, Gigamon, Keysight, Cubro, or relevant tools
  • Good command over English communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
