About the Role:
This position plays a vital part in Gallagher's compensation strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support our overall Employee Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards for GCOE. This role involves designing and developing C&B policies and compensation structures that align with our business goals.
The ideal candidate will implement processes that support and align with our company's needs, including India compliances such as PF, Gratuity, Statutory Bonus, and CTC structures. The person must have a basic understanding of India Compliances in C&B – such as PF, Gratuity, Statutory Bonus, CTC structures, Insurances
This role requires a strong analytical mind, with experience in conducting C&B audits and implementing necessary controls to address gaps.
Apart from this, you will be responsible for managing C&B processes like Budgeting, Salary Increment Planning, Bonus Planning, New Benefits introduction and salary surveys and compensation benchmarking process. Ensuring compliance with current legislation is also key to this role.
The successful candidate will provide analysis and reports to stakeholders on compensation and benefits programs as required. Additionally, they should be able to effectively liaise with Management and Senior Stakeholders, articulating and communicating with clarity and structure. A collaborative mindset, ability to work under tight timelines, and proficiency in Advanced Excel are essential requirements. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be able to effectively collaborate with people across functions, ideate and think out of the box, and articulate and communicate with clarity and structure. Experience in analyzing Compensation Report against Market Trends and proposing recommendations will be advantageous.

Estimated Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
