Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at CreditCheck Partners. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing top-level assistance to the management team by being organized, exhibiting excellent time management skills, and having an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and engage with prospective clients across India to drive business growth.
  2. Sales Coordination: Coordinate and manage sales communication between internal stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
  3. Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare presentations, sales MIS, and client proposals in close association with internal stakeholders to drive sales success.
  4. Sales Deliverables: Follow up on sales deliverables with respective team members to ensure timely completion.
  5. Sales CRM Management: Build, maintain, and operate the sales CRM system to optimize sales performance.
  6. Event Support: Assist and provide support for organizing events, programs, webinars, and podcasts to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Marketing Support: Work closely with the creative agency and be the primary custodian of marketing collaterals, online content, website management, SEO/SEM activities, and company social media profiles.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  3. Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of using MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  4. Soft Skills: Highly analytical and organized with meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  5. Qualifications: Graduate degree is mandatory, postgraduate qualification in related fields preferred, proficiency in social media management tools is mandatory, and proficiency in CRM software is preferable.
