Job Title: Sustainability and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability and Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the organization's compliance with all relevant local regulations and internal safety policies.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain tailored QHSE plans, procedures, and documentation specific to the site. This will involve implementing and monitoring QHSE procedures and safe work practices on site, as well as conducting regular inspections to identify hazards and report non-compliance.

You will also be responsible for tracking KPIs, documenting findings, and contributing to monthly reporting requirements. Additionally, you will lead the investigation and documentation of incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, recommending corrective actions and ensuring their implementation and verification.

An essential aspect of this role is to deliver QHSE trainings and SOPs to inspection teams and staff, raising awareness about site-specific risks and promoting a safety-first culture. You will also contribute to the monthly client reporting process with QHSE-related data and ensure accurate CAFM entries for safety inspection findings and follow-ups.
