Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the company's overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups to minimize cash flow disruptions.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and vendor account maintenance to optimize liquidity.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including GST and TDS, to maintain compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software to streamline operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records to facilitate audits and inquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to promote effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (MS Excel etc.).
  • Knowledge of Indian taxation rules, including GST and TDS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
