Front-End Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Development Expert to spearhead the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, expertise in ReactJS and jQuery, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement responsive web applications using ReactJS and jQuery.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by following best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Optimize front-end performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness.

Collaboration and Communication Skills

  • Work closely with engineering teams to integrate UI components with backend services.
  • Partner with business development teams to translate customer needs into design solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative UI/UX input.

Design and Prototyping

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain design consistency across all company products and platforms.

Code Quality and Maintenance

  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for UI components.
  • Maintain and update existing UI frameworks and libraries.
  • Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues.

Professional Qualifications and Benefits

  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating UI with backend services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.), familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks, and knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA).
