**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Technical Project Lead with strong expertise in Agile delivery, governance, and platform management.

This hybrid role blends responsibilities with technical ownership. The individual will lead sprint delivery, govern infrastructure, and ensure ongoing sustainment of the platform, including integrations, custom boards, and automations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Approve/manage access, maintain security, compliance, and governance.
  • Oversee sustainment and enhancement of platform integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and work closely with developers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation.
  • Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Agile practices, governance, and delivery efficiency.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Experience in application sustainment, platform support, and working in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
