About the Role

We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to oversee software development initiatives and drive successful project delivery from inception to deployment.

  • Lead end-to-end project management for software development projects and technical deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning, fostering collaboration and iterative improvement.
  • Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams, allocating resources efficiently and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation measures.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating project status, needs, and outcomes clearly and transparently.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflows, leveraging industry standards and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), including facilitation of ceremonies and implementation of iterative improvement processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira/Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects, from conception to deployment.
