About the Role:

Brick and Bolt is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that enhance brand presence and user engagement across digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging creatives for digital campaigns (social media, banners, emailers) and print assets (brochures, posters, packaging).
  • Lead assigned design projects from ideation to final output, upholding brand guidelines, typography, colour, and visual standards.
  • Revise and adapt designs based on feedback, collaborating actively with stakeholders.
  • Prepare artwork files for production and digital use, ensuring technical accuracy.
  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams on concept development and execution.
  • Stay updated on design trends and propose fresh ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting quality and deadline expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with projects spanning digital and offline channels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Familiarity with Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience in designing for printed and fabricated assets such as banners, canopies, POS materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Strong portfolio showing digital and print/offline work.
  • Excellent design sense for colour, type, layout, and brand identity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with motion graphics/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • BASIC UX/UI.
  • Ability in photography and image retouching.
