We are seeking a seasoned Interior Fit-Out Manager to oversee the design and project management of our interior transformations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive sales funnel optimization to boost conversion rates for franchise owners.
  • Leverage expertise to manage 12 to 15 projects monthly, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of designers and partners to deliver exceptional work output across 5 stores.
  • Develop and train designers to achieve predictable sales and design outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive market feedback and insights.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in building construction and fit-out projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior transformations.
  • Proficiency in adopting digital technologies and initiatives to drive business growth.
