Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Influencer Marketing Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for social media, content creation, and building strong relationships with influencers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and onboarding influencers across various platforms, planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting, building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and agency partners, negotiating deliverables, timelines, and budgets for influencer collaborations, tracking, measuring, and reporting campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns, and staying updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

About the Role
  • Create and manage influencer lists for various campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain influencer marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize influencer partnerships to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  1. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage influencer content across multiple channels.
  2. Collaborate with the strategy, social media, and creative teams to integrate influencer content into broader brand campaigns.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
