Project Leadership Role

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning and resource allocation. This involves creating feasible plans that meet the project's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining project scope and assessing available resources to estimate time and financial commitment, while monitoring progress.
  • Leading project teams by assigning tasks and deadlines, as well as providing collaboration tools to track progress.
  • Managing expenses effectively, ensuring realistic funding and staying within limits.
  • Delivering stakeholder expectations through constant communication and regular reporting on progress.
  • Identifying and resolving issues and risks, anticipating potential problems, and developing action plans.
  • Monitoring progress, measuring metrics against plans, and adjusting resources as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects.
  • Excellent communication, customer handling, people management, project management, and professional behavior skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, PPTs, and project management documentation, including requirement gathering and business process documentation.
  • Flexible with travel on a need basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8 years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in AMI or smart grid deployment.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale utility infrastructure or technology projects.
  • Familiarity with AMI components, such as Smart Meters, HES, MDMS, RF Mesh, PLC, Cellular communications, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Strong understanding of utility operations, regulatory requirements, and customer engagement strategies.
