About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to creating innovative, user-centered experiences that drive business results. As a Lead Designer for AI-driven experiences, you will be responsible for translating complex security features into simple, intuitive interfaces that users love.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in UX/UI design, AI, and ML to deliver world-class user journeys for millions of users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end design solutions across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplify complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users
  • Translate AI/ML security features into usable, human-centered interfaces
  • Define, build, and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of designing and shipping complex systems, including B2C products and B2B platforms
  • 8-12 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on AI-driven experiences
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior designers
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive, and motion/interaction prototyping tools like ProtoPie or Principle
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools like Hotjar or similar
Qualifications:

You should have a degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field. A portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies is essential. Certifications in AI UX, behavioral design, or data visualization are a bonus.
