Job Title: Software Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical direction, cross-team execution, and elevating the engineering bar at our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, data and messaging systems, cloud technologies, system design and architecture, and AI and innovation. They will also possess excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor engineers at all levels and foster technical leadership capacity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a domain-level architect, defining reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives that align technical roadmaps with strategic business outcomes.
  • Own critical technical decisions across multiple domains, ensuring long-term platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering technical leadership capacity across the org.
  • Guide adoption of AI-first practices, enabling teams to leverage AI accelerators, LLMs, and automation to increase efficiency.
