Job Title: Fleet Optimization Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our vessel performance optimization function across a global client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, identify, and troubleshoot inefficiencies in vessel fuel consumption, engine performance, and auxiliary systems.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, develop strategic plans, and implement performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Lead client engagement, performance meetings, and quarterly vessel performance reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies, evaluate decarbonization and energy efficiency projects, and plan crew training and operational optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fresh Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer with a keen interest in vessel performance.
  • Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer with prior experience in vessel performance.
  • Naval Architects with expertise in vessel performance.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical skills in interpreting fuel curves, SFOC trends, and machinery operating profiles.

The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
