Job Title: Performance Marketer

 

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing efforts forward.

This high-impact role involves strategy, execution, and optimization – working closely with creative teams to deliver campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) to optimize and achieve business goals.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Audience Segmentation: Build and test different audience segments and funnels to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum return on investment.
  • Platform Updates: Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks to stay ahead.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns is a plus.
  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Attribution and Conversion Tracking: Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • A/B Testing and Iteration: Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
