About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ticket Reservation Coordinator to join our team. As a Ticket Reservation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookings of hotels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will process hotel bookings and obtain confirmation from hotels
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to book hotels
  • Generate reports of all bookings at the end of each month or fortnight
